Demand Planner

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a market-leading business in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Demand Planner to join their team.

As a Demand Planner, you will own demand forecasting, inventory investment decisions, and supplier relationships across the business's core product categories, ensuring stock availability while supporting commercial growth.

• 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with flexible start times and an early finish on a Friday
• Flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays

• Own demand forecasting and weekly order planning to keep stock availability on track
• Develop seasonal buying strategies for promotions and peak trading periods
• Spot stock opportunities and make inventory investment recommendations
• Plan ahead on capacity and run Minimum Order Quantity reviews
• Manage supplier relationships to improve service levels and lead times
• Partner with Channel Managers and report on forecast accuracy, stock levels and supply chain performance

• Analytical and technical background
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• High attention to detail
