• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and schedules, and use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and undertake required training.
• Work within a team and independently as required.
• Build positive working relationships and deliver excellent customer service, continuously seeking improvement.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach, open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude.
