• £33,184.00 base salary – expected earnings up to £41,000

Carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic social‑housing properties, aiming for first‑time fixes with support from our 24/7 network.

• Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than six points
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum two years qualified experience
• ACS qualified (including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1)
• Knowledge of PH Jones and British Gas procedures and safety measures while providing excellent customer service
