About The Role
Atlas FM is looking to recruit an experienced mobile cleaner. A full UK clean driving licence is required. The role covers the Leeds, Halifax, Harrogate and surrounding areas down to Chesterfield/Sheffield and up to Bridlington and Hull areas.
Pay: £13.45 per hour.
Hours:
Monday–Friday 07:00‑15:00, 40 hours a week, with a half‑hour unpaid break daily. Some weekend cover required (30‑minute unpaid break per day). The position requires working early mornings, late evenings, and nights, so the successful candidate must be flexible to accommodate the business’s needs.
- Dedicate time at different sites to meet Atlas’ client sites’ cleaning specification.
- Inducted and trained within the first week to deliver the specification and use equipment.
- Receive a company van, fuel card, and mobile phone.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials with full training provided.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times with full training.
- Work within a supportive team.
- An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (though we can fully train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and with the public.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A Full UK driving licence.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview); applies to all UK and Non‑UK nationals.
- Conditional upon successful completion of a DBS check at the required level.
- Subject to a driving licence check before deployment.
- A Basic DBS check required.
