GIPSIL is seeking a Maintenance Operative to support upkeep, repair, and refurbishment of our housing portfolio. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering reactive and cyclical maintenance to ensure safe, high-quality homes for tenants.
The ideal candidate has a multi‑skilled trade background and proven experience in general maintenance or refurbishment. You will work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality and customer service standards.
