Barchester care home is seeking a Head of Maintenance to keep a clean, well‑maintained environment for residents and staff. You’ll lead maintenance tasks across the home, gardens and grounds, fix issues, and work with the General Manager on budgeting.
You’ll be comfortable working alone or leading a team, liaising with contractors, and prioritising resident wellbeing through reliable upkeep. A full UK driving licence, IT literacy and relevant trade skills are required.
