The Package- Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus Scheme (OTE £40,000)
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Training: Full manufacturer training pathways (happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con)

- Hours: Worked on a rota basis
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally diverse lineup of vehicles, learning from our experienced team and working to main‑dealer standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, manufacturer‑scheduled maintenance, and fundamental mechanical repairs.
- Learning to diagnose vehicle faults efficiently using cutting‑edge, dealer‑level diagnostic equipment.
- Performing comprehensive multi‑point safety inspections, health checks, and helping prepare a diverse range of fresh retail stock.
- Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service and parts team regarding timelines.
- Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit crew of technicians to minimise vehicle turnaround times.
- No formal qualifications required—we value proven workshop experience, confidence on the tools, and a strong work ethic above anything else.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands‑on workshop experience in vehicle servicing, prep work, or basic repairs.
- A proactive team player with excellent time‑management skills and a strong desire to learn and develop.
- The adaptability to work across various vehicle makes, models, and advanced hybrid systems.
