Homes for Students in Leeds is seeking a Caretaker for The Priory property, working 30 hours per week from 9.00am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves practical property maintenance and delivering a prompt, friendly service to residents.
You will perform tasks including painting, unblocking drains, fixing taps, changing light bulbs and litter picking the perimeter, with a focus on health and safety and keeping the property in good order.
