Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Terry Frost Building in Leeds. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the property’s condition is kept to a high standard.
Working 40 hours Monday to Friday, you’ll operate with minimal supervision and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to report and resolve faults quickly, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
