Are you an experienced Insight Manager or Senior Research Executive ready for your next challenge? Our client, a forward-thinking insights consultancy, is looking for a confident, client-facing Quantitative Insight Manager to join their team. You'll manage complex research projects, build trusted client relationships, and oversee junior team members, delivering high-quality, commercially-focused insights.

• Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, budgets, and quality outputs.
• Act as key client contact, building trust and identifying account growth opportunities.
• Lead project teams and line manage junior staff, providing coaching and guidance.
• Oversee research inputs, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage project financials, proposals, and commercial processes.
• Contribute to innovation, solutions, and process improvements within the team.

• Experienced in agency-side quantitative or mixed-method research
• Confident, client-facing, and calm under pressure.
• Hands-on project leader, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience line managing junior staff.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and solution-focused.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team player.

To be considered you must live in the UK and hold a valid UK working permit or visa. You'll also need to be able to commute to Leeds 2-3 days per week.
