The Vacancy TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to lead on Defined Contribution (DC) employer relationship management for new and existing schemes. You will develop and deliver high‑quality DC relationship management strategies, ensuring excellent service for sponsoring employers.
Responsibilities- Leading DC employer relationships for new and existing schemes, championing TPT’s vision, values, and business plan.
- Promoting TPT positively and building strong relationships, ensuring employer satisfaction.
- Supporting and developing Client Relations Managers, engaging key clients, and presenting at client meetings.
- Identifying where TPT’s other propositions (DB, superfund, life cover, CDC) could be relevant for clients.
- Supporting new business opportunities, overseeing relationships for new DC employers or schemes, and acting as a technical DC expert.
- Creating and coordinating DC client engagement projects for growth and development.
- Working with functional leaders and colleagues to improve service capacity and coverage.
- Collaborating internally to improve DC services based on feedback.
- Enhancing DC client reporting and communications.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and monitoring contacts.
- Maintaining effective risk controls and compliance with governance.
- Significant proven experience in leading DC client relationships (trust‑based, consultancy, or platform).
- Experience in DC retention and development strategy.
- Strong understanding of DC pension legislation and governance.
- Excellent relationship, presentation, and project management skills.
- Initiative to improve processes and develop team skills.
- Positive stakeholder relationships across the UK pensions industry and proven sales/business development track record.
- Strong DC investment market knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of hybrid DB/DC arrangements and the not‑for‑profit sector is desirable.
- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and risk awareness.
