We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000, plus extensive benefits

The Senior Project Manager plays a dual role, combining hands‑on delivery of critical strategic projects with responsibility for embedding best practices across the project management function. This individual ensures the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives while mentoring and uplifting project delivery standards across the organisation. They are a key enabler of project excellence, governance maturity, and strategic alignment.

What you'll be doing? Senior Project Manager Delivery (80%)
  • This role leads through doing, taking ownership of complex and strategically significant projects, setting the standard in delivery discipline, governance, and stakeholder engagement. By demonstrating best practice in real project environments, they act as a role model for other Project Managers, building credibility through results and creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Lead high‑complexity or strategically important projects through their full lifecycle.
  • Translate scope and deliverables into detailed delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders (C‑level, Heads of Department, external partners, SROs and project teams) to translate scope, secure buy‑in, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
  • Establish and chair project working groups, steering groups, and governance forums.
  • Manage budgets (as needed), resources, dependencies, and third‑party suppliers to optimise delivery outcomes.
  • Apply structured risk, issue, and change management, ensuring early escalation and mitigation.
  • Track and report against KPIs, benefits, and delivery performance using portfolio dashboards.
  • Ensure high‑quality project documentation and audit‑ready reporting (plans, risk logs, RAID, post-implementation reviews).
  • Drive cross‑team alignment, ensuring Tech, Product, Operations, and external partners are coordinated to critical path timelines.
