Education Centre Manager – Explore Learning
OverviewTake ownership of all centre operations, delivering a clear strategy for growth, creating a high‑performance team culture and establishing robust processes. Positivity, resilience and a passion for improvement are critical.
Responsibilities- Use KPIs and performance measures to diagnose centre needs and formulate short- and long-term performance goals, gaining buy‑in from the team.
- Inspire and motivate the Education Centre Supervisor and tutor team to unlock individual potential.
- Lead safeguarding, ensuring the centre complies with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase membership and profitability, engaging community stakeholders and driving sales and marketing events.
- Tailor customer journeys, providing educational recommendations from prospect to member and ensuring exceptional service.
- Excellent problem solver – logical and creative solutions with available resources.
- Adaptable and resilient, handling changing environments and setbacks.
- Effective communicator, expressing ideas clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- Forward thinking, planning ahead to achieve performance aims and prioritising tasks.

Leeds South – Full‑time centre based.
Starting salary£31,250 – £33,750 per annum, depending on experience. London‑area centres receive an additional £1,000‑£3,500 uplift.
ContractFull‑time, permanent contract.
Working Hours- Tuesday: 11 am – 8 pm
- Wednesday: 11 am – 8 pm
- Thursday: 11 am – 7 pm
- Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
- Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm
