We have an exciting short-term opportunity for a Neighbourhood Services Manager to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in local communities. About the Role This pivotal role involves leading customer-facing teams across multiple areas, ensuring high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management.

You’ll take ownership of complex cases, including anti-social behaviour, and drive service improvements through effective performance management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management:
Motivate and guide teams to deliver outstanding customer service. Tenancy & Neighbourhood Management:
Oversee tenancy compliance and neighbourhood standards. Anti-Social Behaviour Management:
Resolve complex ASB cases with a proactive approach. Performance & Service Quality:
Implement service improvement methodologies and monitor KPIs. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in housing management or related fields. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities. Resilient, organised, and passionate about delivering great customer service. A relevant housing qualification (e.g., CIH) or working towards one. Why Apply?
