Site Manager

SITE MANAGER - SOMERSET AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a High End Construction Client that are requiring a Site Manager to join their established and friendly site teams.

Working mainly on renovation and extension projects, they specialise in commercial and residential buildings with project values between £200k and £700k.

The vast majority of projects will be within a 20 mile radius of Wincanton, with usual site hours of 8am til 4pm Monday to Friday.

You will be managing teams and site personnel of between 5 and 20 people. Plus any specialist sub-contractors.

My client is open to Permanent or Temp to Perm options with the salary negotiable, depending on experience.
