About

the role…

As Account Director, you’ll be a senior client partner, leading relationships and overseeing the delivery of creative, integrated campaigns from brief through to execution. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, ensure commercial success, and play a key role in growing client relationships and agency revenue.

What you’ll be doing day to day…
  • Leading and developing senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner
  • Overseeing the delivery of creative campaigns across brand, design, retail activations, events and integrated rollouts
  • Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget, with a strong commercial focus
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver high quality creative output
  • Identifying and driving opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
  • Supporting wider agency initiatives including pitch work and strategic planning

This role would suit an Account Director who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys working on creative campaigns, and is confident leading both clients and internal teams across integrated work.
