Reporting to the Group Finance Director, we are seeking an experienced Finance professional with at least 7 years of experience. The Head of Finance is based in Leeds and offers a competitive salary of £76,000 plus excellent benefits. • Lead HR initiatives and work with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well‑being.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth.
• Support the company’s expansion into new markets, including international opportunities.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage operational functions, including stock planning, customer services, and dispatch.
• Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME.
• Apply a strategic mindset to drive business growth and performance improvements.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles, with proven leadership experience.
• Qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and proven experience in a leadership position.
