The RoleYou will take full responsibility for leading, coaching and performance‑managing the sales and marketing function.
This role is about:

You’ll operate at both strategic and operational levels — defining growth plans while actively supporting key deals and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a cohesive sales and marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives
- Lead, coach and performance‑manage internal and external sales team members
- Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable to targets
- Drive new business development and protect key account relationships
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Instil forecasting discipline, pipeline management and CRM accuracy
- Lead marketing campaigns, digital strategy, exhibitions and brand development
- Align closely with operations, finance and procurement to ensure delivery and margin control
- Monitor ROI on marketing spend and report on commercial performance

You will likely have:
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales team
- A background in manufacturing or engineering
- A track record of driving revenue growth and improving performance metrics
- Strong CRM and forecasting experience
