Head of Conveyancing West Yorkshire Salary DOE (up to £80k) A highly respected and long-established regional law firm in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Head of Conveyancing/Conveyancing Manager to lead its thriving residential property department. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking, reputable practice with multiple offices and a strong presence across the region.

The role will involve:

• Leading, managing and mentoring a well-established team of conveyancers, fee-earners and paralegals across several offices.
• Oversee the full range of conveyancing work handled within the department, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and client care.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Manage your own smaller, specialist caseload of more complex matters.
• Drive best practice, process improvement and continued growth within the department.
• Work closely with the senior management team on departmental strategy and development.

To be considered for the role it is essential that you are a qualified solicitor or CLC with a solid background in handling residential property matters. You will be a proven team leader with the ability to inspire, support and develop a multi-site department. You must be confident handling complex conveyancing files with excellent technical expertise.

You will be commercially aware, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client service as well as being highly motivated to manage, drive and expand the department.
