We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a premium childcare setting in Northwood. This is a senior leadership position for a professional with a proven track record of maintaining "Outstanding" results and driving business growth within the Early Years sector.

• Strategic Management:
  Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a high-performing environment for children and staff.
• Ofsted Leadership:
  Uphold the highest levels of compliance and pedagogy to ensure the setting remains at the forefront of EYFS standards.
• Team Development:
  Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of a large practitioner team.
• Financial Oversight:
  Manage nursery budgets, occupancy levels, and marketing strategies to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Safeguarding:
  Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children is the top priority.
