Business insolvency Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insolvency Manager to lead and manage our Insolvency Administration Team in Leeds. This is a key leadership role suited to a commercially focused insolvency professional with strong people management skills and a solid background in commercial insolvency.

You will oversee the operational delivery of corporate insolvency cases while driving team performance, efficiency, and service excellence.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Insolvency Administration Team
• Oversee workflow, case allocation, and team productivity
• Ensure high standards of case administration and compliance
• Provide technical guidance and support on corporate insolvency matters
• Review reports, statutory documentation, and case progress
  
  Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Support staff development, training, and performance management
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, and stakeholders as required
• Assist with complex or high-value insolvency cases where necessary

We are looking for a confident leader with strong technical expertise and a proactive management style.

• Previous team leadership or management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate insolvency procedures
• Ability to oversee multiple cases and deadlines
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness
• CPI / JIEB qualification (or working towards)
• Experience improving operational processes or workflows
