This role needs someone who can step into the senior team, own relationships at the highest level, and help steer the direction of the business.

The OpportunityYou’ll join the board as Client Services Director, leading from the front when it comes to client relationships, growth and overall service standards.
You’ll be the kind of person clients trust instinctively. Calm. Credible. Strategic. You know how to hold a room. You know how to challenge constructively. And you know how to turn strong relationships into long-term, profitable partnerships.
Internally, you’ll help shape the direction of the agency alongside the other board members.
What You’ll Be Doing- Owning and nurturing senior client relationships
- Acting as the strategic partner and trusted advisor across key accounts
- Driving commercial growth through organic development and smart opportunity spotting
- Leading and elevating the client services function
- Setting the tone for service standards across the agency
- Contributing at board level to overall business strategy and direction
- Helping shape structure, process and future growth plans
- Significant senior client services experience within an agency environment
- A track record of building and retaining high-value client relationships
- Strong commercial instinct - you understand margin, growth and sustainability
- Confidence operating at board or senior leadership level (or clear readiness to step into it)
- The ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands‑on leadership
