This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales/business development background who can bring the energy to the sales team. Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll be providing guidance, training, and motivation to the sales team.

• Assisting the Sales Director to set sales goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, including training and motivation.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyse data for areas of improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Stay updated on industry and market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
• Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.

• Experienced as a team leader.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
