Salary: £40,000 per annum

We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two residential homes (8-bed and 7-bed) supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, and Mental Health needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager ready to take multi-site responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage two residential services efficiently
- Lead and support teams across both homes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and policies
- Promote high standards of person‑centred care
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior care role
- Previous experience with Learning Disabilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and sites
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Multi‑site management experience
