UK (Leeds / Remote) IPS is supporting a leading provider of claims services in their search for a Head of Claims Solutions. This is a senior operational role responsible for the end-to-end performance of property and motor claims, and the broader claims function. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on improving delivery, resolving operational challenges early, and continuously raising standards across the claims operation.

The role exists to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients while meeting business and regulatory objectives.

You will oversee performance across multiple areas including customer service, claims cost management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Continuous improvement is a key part of the role, reviewing processes, systems, and workflows to ensure the operation remains effective and scalable.

People leadership is central to the position. You will manage and develop a team of claims professionals, fostering engagement, building capability, managing performance, and supporting career progression. The role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing insight, reporting, and support to shape ongoing operational improvements and strengthen relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive claims experience, strong operational leadership, and the ability to deliver consistent results while balancing customer outcomes, compliance, and cost control. You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in influencing across teams to drive performance improvements.
