The Role
You’ll lead a Registered EBD home in Leeds, driving high-quality, therapeutic, child-centred care.
Your Responsibilities:

* Full operational leadership of the home

* Safeguarding & Ofsted compliance

* Leading inspections with confidence

* Managing referrals & multi-agency partnerships

* Developing impactful, person-centred care plans

* Building, mentoring and retaining a strong team

* Quality assurance & continuous improvement

* Budget oversight with real strategic input
About You
You’re already an experienced Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready for progression) who:

* Holds Level 3 Residential Childcare (Essential)

* Holds Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)

* Has 2+ years’ residential experience (within last 5 years)

* Has at least 1 year in a senior/management role

* Understands safeguarding and EBD inside out

* Wants more than just “keeping the home afloat”
