A global IT services provider based in the UK is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee key accounts in the Aerospace & Defence sector. This role requires building and maintaining executive-level relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive client satisfaction initiatives.

Candidates must be UK Nationals and have had continuous residency for at least 10 years. This position is onsite five days a week in the M3/M4 corridor.
