As an Account Director, you will report to the Business Director. You will have direct management responsibility for specific members of a designated team, ensuring efficient resource allocation for all client deliverables. Your primary focus will be on directing overall account profitability and establishing senior-level client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing- Acting as an inspiring strategic lead for accounts, delivering best-in-class integrated campaigns.
- Establishing and fostering senior-level relationships while adeptly navigating complex corporate structures.
- Developing and executing comprehensive account growth plans to maximize agency influence.
- Playing a key role in pitching, securing, and cultivating new business opportunities to expand the agency portfolio.
- Managing recruitment, performance assessments, and team engagement to ensure a high-performing environment.
- Designing and implementing tailored training programs and clear progression plans for team success.
- Overseeing budget control, financial health, and income forecasting for all aligned accounts.
- Strategic leadership.
