Project Manager – Civil Engineering | Tidal Estuary (ECI)

Location:

Hybrid – Leeds office (You will be required to attend the office a couple of days a week).

Contract:

3 months (potential extension).

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new contract role? Do you have experience in Marine/Tidal Estuary (ECI) then I would like to speak to you.

This is a standalone, Project Manager role — highly autonomous and focused on steering the ship from a paperwork, consultancy and ECI governance perspective, rather than site-based delivery. There is also the opportunity to support other schemes and projects.

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering a specific framework and associated projects, including:

• Procurement strategy
• Early subcontractor involvement
• Supplier & subcontractor market engagement summaries
• Framework and preferred supplier selection
• Overall ECI governance and documentation
• Producing budgets, options and programmes
• Working on sensitive schemes

• Previous marine/marine environment experience (doesn't need to be recent, but must have experience).
• Strong civil engineering background, ideally across:
  • Highways
  • Energy
  • Water
  • Heavy civils/infrastructure
