Head of Property Management – Leeds – (LS1) - £45,000 + Benefits

I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency, part of a leading UK-wide property group, who are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Property Management to lead their Leeds operation.

This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who has a strong background in managing large property portfolios and is confident driving performance, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.

You’ll take full responsibility for overseeing a sizeable property management function, leading a team of Property Managers and ensuring service delivery is consistent, efficient, and client-focused.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team
• Managing relationships with key portfolio landlords and clients
• Overseeing onboarding and training of new team members
• Driving operational improvements and implementing best practice
• Working closely with senior leadership to report on performance and progress
• Handling complex and escalated complaints
• Identifying and delivering improvements across underperforming areas

• ARLA qualified (essential)
• Strong track record managing large property management teams and portfolios
• Confident leader with a hands‑on approach to coaching and development
• Operationally strong, with the ability to streamline processes and improve performance
• Experienced in handling escalations and resolving complex issues
• Familiar with property management systems (Reapit experience would be advantageous)
• Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Salary between £45,000
