The RoleYou’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:
Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
Leading, coaching, and developing a supervisor and team of tutors
Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently

You’llhosttrial sessions,manageenquiriesandnew member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported
