The role of Contract Manager requires a skilled professional to oversee and manage contracts within a portfolio of infrastructure services related contracts across clients in multiple sectors including utilities, telecoms and roads infrastructure.

• Ensure technical plans are delivered utilising CAD
• Contract compliance and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure service delivery
• Manage and oversee all contractual agreements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams and operations
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies
• Conduct negotiations to achieve favourable terms for the organisation
• Prepare, review, and approve contract documentation
• Collaborate with internal operations/teams to align contract delivery
• Attend client site meetings/site surveys
• Provide regular reports and updates on contract status to senior management

A successful Contract Manager should have:

• Proven experience in contract management with experience in infrastructure or utilities sector
• The ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools including MS, AutoCAD
• Clean Driving Licence

• Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
