Conveyancing Team Manager - South Manchester The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing, forward-thinking practice based in a well-connected South Manchester location. This is a key leadership position where you will manage and support a team of 10-12 conveyancing professionals across a range of experience levels. The team handles a broad caseload including sales, purchases, and both freehold and leasehold matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing team members
• Providing technical guidance and oversight on files
• Conducting regular file reviews and ensuring quality standards
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding
• Delivering training and encouraging continuous improvement

This role would suit someone who enjoys fostering a positive, high-performing team culture while maintaining excellent client service standards.

You will bring strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing along with a collaborative and supportive approach to leadership.
