Watson & Fine is seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at Watson and Fine Agribusiness. As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
• Manage and direct all operational activities, including production, logistics, and supply chain
• Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company
• Lead and manage the operational team to ensure they have the resources and support they need to meet objectives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute company-wide initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO or similar role in an agribusiness
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent business acumen and financial management skills
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
