Team Leader – Vehicle Hire

£29,371 pa + bonus up to £2,140 pa OTE

42.5 hours per week

• Lead and manage a team of Customer Delivery Agents.
• Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers, ensuring the fleet is available when and where it is needed.
• Allocate and utilise the fleet at the site to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Set high expectations for performance and nurture a productive, engaged team that delivers on time.
• Use customer service knowledge and a ‘can‑do’ attitude to keep the team focused and productive.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Experience in vehicle rental or a similar logistics environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills, with a calm and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Quarterly bonus scheme (up to £2,140 pa OTE).
