OTE The Opportunity Im working with a well-regarded, independent estate agency in North Leeds thats looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow their property management function. This is a key hire for the business, offering genuine scope to step into a Head of Property Management role for the right individual, with responsibility across team leadership, compliance, and departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the lettings and property management team Oversee day-to-day operations across the managed portfolio Drive new business and win landlord instructions Grow and retain the property management portfolio Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Handle escalations and ensure high service standards Contribute to the ongoing growth and direction of the department About You Proven background in lettings and/or property management Experience managing or leading a team Strong track record in business generation Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Good working knowledge of current lettings legislation Commercially aware, organised, and proactive Whats on Offer £33,000 OTE Clear pathway to Head of Department Autonomy to make an impact and grow the function Supportive, forward-thinking independent agency Strong local brand and reputation
