COREcruitment is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a luxury hospitality group in London. This newly created role requires an individual who can own the Learning & Development function, shaping training and leadership progression across the organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in L&D within hospitality, with experience in creating and implementing L&D frameworks. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive training pathways, leadership development programmes, and overseeing the ongoing growth of L&D initiatives.
