You will join a multidisciplinary insight team working in close partnership with creative and client teams.
THE ROLE As a Qualitative Insight Team Lead, you will lead and scale the qualitative insight function while delivering high-impact research and shaping strategic direction across key client accounts. Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
Lead and develop the qualitative research team, with responsibility for hiring and capability growth. Own and evolve the qualitative research offering across the business. Deliver high-quality qualitative insight, remaining close to research execution and craft. Partner with senior stakeholders and account leads on key client engagements. Play a leading role across high-profile, global client accounts. Introduce and scale new qualitative and hybrid research methodologies.
Contribute to new business opportunities and support commercial growth. Collaborate across insight, creative, and strategy teams in a matrix environment. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Qualitative Insight Team Lead will have the following skills and experience:
Strong commercial experience in qualitative research within an agency or consultancy environment. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team or capability. Deep expertise across a range of qualitative methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, and behavioural research. Experience working with large, complex client accounts and managing senior stakeholder relationships. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link insight to business impact.
Confidence operating in client-facing leadership roles. BENEFITS The successful Qualitative Insight Team Lead will receive the following benefits:
Salary between £80,000 - £100,000 - depending on experience
