About the roleAs Business Director, you’ll play a pivotal role within the agency, leading by example and acting as a senior strategic partner to some of the agency’s most important clients. You’ll oversee complex accounts, drive commercial growth, and lead high-level conversations that help shape client businesses and agency success.

What you’ll be doing day to day- Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Managing and developing a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts
- Driving strategic conversations with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Leading and supporting new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client partnerships and revenues
- Inspiring, mentoring, and developing the Client Services team
- Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure outstanding work
- Ensuring projects are delivered successfully, commercially, and to the highest standard
- Helping shape agency direction and contributing to wider business objectives
You’re an experienced Business Director or Senior Account Director ready to step into a broader leadership role within an integrated agency. You thrive when building strong client relationships, enjoy influencing at a senior level, and have a natural ability to inspire teams around you.
You’re commercially minded, strategically strong, and passionate about delivering exceptional work that creates real impact for clients.

- Strong track record of managing complex client relationships at a senior level
- Experience leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading and supporting new business pitches and presentations

- Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire internally and externally
