Looking for your next leadership role in a professional services environment?
We’re seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a team of Legal PAs for a key client, a highly-ranked commercial law firm.
What you’ll do:- Lead and support a high‑performing PA team
- Build strong relationships with lawyers and stakeholders
- Drive exceptional administrative support and service delivery
- Coach, develop and grow your team
- Support recruitment, training & performance management
- Identify improvements and support business change initiatives
- Previous experience in legal or professional services team leader role
- A supportive and fair leadership style
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the office each week
