This is both a people and commercially focused role, founded on establishing effective working relationships with all key stakeholders across the business.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships within the business, and the wider resourcing function, to enable greater effectiveness in providing solutions for resourcing demands.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and become the point of contact and trusted advisor for resourcing services.
  • Improve agility by utilising people and their skills within your immediate business area.
This Role Is For You If
  • You have demonstrable experience of workforce planning or resource management experience within a professional environment.
  • You can evidence well refined communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You have an ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships, with an ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the business.
  • You can plan, prioritise, multitask and manage a significant workload under pressure.
  • You are comfortable and confident with systems – Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • You have knowledge of manpower planning systems (advantageous but not essential).
What You’ll Receive From Us
