Southern Water is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to join the Operational Excellence team. You will lead a group of process excellence specialists, driving performance improvements and delivering £3.5 million in Opex efficiencies across a regional footprint.
The role requires regular travel to operational sites and hybrid working with site presence. You will partner with Water Operations and other functions to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver measurable value.
