Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

What You’ll Do

Store Manager in Leeds Elland Road. 40 hours per week. You will manage the branch and serve customers, handle deliveries, engage the team and ensure exceptional service.

• Deliver great service: ensure the team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
• Help the team get the job done: check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean, and put orders together.
• Inspire: encourage a positive mindset and build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
• Ask questions and build relationships: support team development, business growth, succession planning and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Lead: coach, motivate and engage the team from the front, creating a great place to work.
• Build a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards, ensuring the branch is a place everyone loves to work.
