Role: Branch Director
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Branch Director to lead our market expansion and operations in this region. You will be responsible for building high-performing teams, establishing key corporate partnerships, and driving business growth in accordance with Assetara Limited’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Lead local operations, manage budgets, and define growth strategies.
- Partnership Development: Acquire institutional partners and manage B2B relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure all local operations adhere to Company policy and legal requirements.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop the regional team to meet aggressive targets.
- Proven experience in business leadership, general management, or senior B2B sales.
- Strong network in the local financial or tech sector.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on compliance and sustainable growth.
- Fluent in local language and professional English.
