This is more than a management role; it's an opportunity to play a key role within the most prestigious Aston Martin retailer in the UK. We're looking for an exceptional Senior Business Manager / Showroom Manager who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting the sales team, and helping set the standard for luxury automotive retail.

• Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
• Maximising profitability through finance, insurance, and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realised.
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey — from first enquiry to handover — reflecting the JCT
  600 standard of excellence.
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance.
• Monitoring all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to FCA and brand standards.

• Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
• A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
