Public House Group is seeking a General Manager to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team across our London and Cotswolds pubs and restaurants. You will shape guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.
You will be hands-on, work evenings and weekends, recruit and train staff, manage budgets, oversee stock and health & safety, and build strong partnerships with suppliers and the local community to deliver exceptional service every day.
