Options Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Regional Director to lead the Leeds office of our Building Services (MEP) consultancy. You will drive technical excellence, client relationships and business growth while steering multi-disciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health disciplines.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will shape strategy, oversee project delivery to high standards, and mentor engineers to develop leadership talent.
