- North UK North UK | Field-Based Leadership Role Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, people development, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Regional Service Manager to lead our Northern service operation, managing a team of Area Service Managers and driving performance across safety, customer satisfaction, service growth, and operational delivery. What you'll do:
Champion a safety-first culture and employee wellbeing Lead, coach and develop high-performing service teams Drive customer service excellence and operational performance Use data and insights to deliver business results and continuous improvement Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Identify and maximise service growth opportunities across the region

What we're looking for:

Proven experience leading managers and multi-site/field-based teams Strong customer service and operational management background Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI and SAP Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, influence business performance, and develop a successful regional service operation.
