About the Role As Facilities & Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of facilities, supplier contracts, fleet administration and operational support services. Key duties will include:
Managing facilities contracts including cleaning, air conditioning, waste management, alarm systems, CCTV, fire alarms and water heaters Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, furniture management and the general upkeep of company premises Managing insurance renewals, supplier documentation and compliance-related paperwork Ensuring fire safety equipment is serviced and maintained across office and site locations Preparing, monitoring and managing the annual facilities budget Coordinating parking permits and supporting office-based operational requirements Managing company fleet administration including fuel cards, congestion charges, Dart Charge accounts and parking fines Supporting vehicle insurance renewals and claims administration Acting as the primary contact for hotel and rail bookings across the business Managing company purchasing through Amazon and supporting general business administration Leading and developing a team of three direct reports, conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews, probation reviews and development planning Working closely with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and external service providers Reporting on operational performance, business risks and facilities matters to senior stakeholders About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
