As Sustainability & Compliance Manager, you will:
Monitor UK and EU legislation and identify what changes mean for the business. Build and improve product compliance processes. Support CE/UKCA, product safety, REACH and chemical compliance. Strengthen packaging compliance, EPR and supplier documentation. Improve product traceability and technical files. Work with international suppliers to obtain and maintain compliance information. Support emerging regulations including DPP, ESPR and PPWR. Develop measurable sustainability goals and support carbon reporting.
Improve ESG information and customer sustainability responses. Lead cross-functional compliance and sustainability projects. We are looking for a Sustainability & Compliance Manager with:
Around 5–7 years' experience in compliance, sustainability or regulatory affairs.
Experience with in manufacturing, consumer products, engineering, equipment or another product-led environment. Strong knowledge of UK and EU product compliance. Experience interpreting legislation and turning it into workable processes. Experience working with international suppliers and supply chains.
